Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers good access to transport links and is near Union Square and other shops, making it convenient for exploring downtown. The rooms were a little cheaper than some other hotels but were noisy due to hallway and outside disturbances even before the 3:00 pm check-in time.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were clean and bright, providing everything I needed. However, it was a bit noisy as I could hear conversations from the floors above. Adjusting the AC manually without a thermostat was a minor inconvenience.
The hotel's rooms, although spacious and filled with amenities, had an unpleasant smell reminiscent of a locker room that made it not worth the high price paid. The service was courteous throughout except for a delay in changing payment method. The location, while convenient for sightseeing and attractions, was particularly hard to beat with its close proximity to the BART station. The dining experience, despite offering Mediterranean cuisine, had limited options and was only available until 10 am. The facilities were decent but did not exceed expectations.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was awesome, with easy access to Union Square, Gray Line tours, and a variety of dining options, but the rooms were uncomfortable due to temperature issues and maintenance issues. The service was friendly and welcoming, although some requests were denied. The dining options were limited but satisfactory, and the facilities were decent.
The hotel is in a convenient location close to the convention center and Market St, offering easy access to transportation options. The rooms are comfortable and clean, but they can get noisy up until around midnight. The staff is friendly and helpful, although some confusion with the entrance door occurred during our stay. The dining experience was a bit of a letdown, but traditional regional homemade products were a highlight. Overall, a decent value for the money with some room for improvement in certain areas.
The hotel rooms were cozy with great beds, though facing a noisy street. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the stay enjoyable. Its location is conveniently close to shopping areas and the Moscone Center, enhancing the overall experience, despite some drawbacks in the room facilities and noise levels.
The hotel's rooms were fairly recently remodeled but felt cramped with large furniture. They looked outdated, with walls and doors in need of maintenance. The noise from the mall workers and trucks starting early at 5 am was disruptive, although a pleasant surprise for my birthday was a nice touch.
For the cost of San Francisco, the hotel rooms were small but had great beds, adequate bathing facilities, and a coffee/tea maker; however, no bar fridge or free breakfast was provided. The service during my stay, especially during the Game Developers Conference in March 2019, was pleasant and helpful. The location was great, close to downtown, but safety concerns were noted.
The hotel was conveniently located near public transportation and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The rooms were a mix of noisy due to water pipes and clean/up-to-date for an older hotel. The service was friendly and welcoming, with helpful recommendations despite some confusion with the entrance. Dining options were average in quality, but the location allowed for easy exploration. Overall, a good value for the price paid.
